GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking a Process Engineering Engineer to drive process qualification, ramp support, and tool releases. You will establish SOPs, CAS, and FMEA, and work with cross‑functional teams to maintain process stability and drive continuous improvement.

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Chemical/Microelectronics) or Physics/Chemistry/Material Science.
• Experience in process engineering, preferably in semiconductor industry.
• Strong SPC knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in high-volume production environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
