Comprehensive training and development will be provided. **Essential Responsibilities include:*** Perform 12-hour shift duties to support production activities, monitor manufacturing conditions and help maintain process integrity for production equipment.* Assist Engineers in the qualification and fine-tuning of processes for production.* Trouble-shoot process-related issues and minimize the time lots are on hold.* Monitor process performance using SPC and other statistical tools, identify abnormal trends and support Engineers in implementing corrective actions.* Coordinate with Specialists to ensure efficiency of work to meet Mfg and Module objectives. Assist Engineering team to meet Uptime and OEE indices goals.* Assist in implementing process improvement projects. Participate in QIT programs to improve the productivity and output quality of the module.* Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module.* Provide proper and accurate passdown of line issues and documentation (fill up and file the checklists).* Follow SOP and carry out CAS per specification.* Learn basic concept of Design-of-Experiment to assist engineers in running experiments where applicable.* Constantly monitor and feedback process issues to Engineers for further improvement.* Participate in wafer scrap reduction initiatives and support efforts to minimize human error.**Other Responsibilities:*** Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. **Required Qualifications:*** Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics and Microelectronics Engineering or related field* Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift* Good team player **Preferred Qualifications:*** Prior related internship or co-op experience* Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.* Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.* Strong interest in utilizing digital, automation and AI tools to support data analysis, improve productivity and streamline manufacturing workflows.
