Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform daily duty on system monitoring
• Perform incident management and escalated incidents to tier 2 maintenance team
• Perform weekly endpoint protection updates
• Perform end user administration of Windows AD, RSA and 2FA token
• Perform certificate renewal and administration for servers and end users
• Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection
• Monitor and check physical health status of servers and data centre

Period

• 2 years contract

Working Hours

• 12 hours rotating shift (14‑16 days per month) 9am–9pm, 9pm–9am
• Up to SGD 3,500 + allowance + PB
