Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Production Associate to join our Manufacturing Production team near Jurong East MRT. The role focuses on executing production activities to meet management targets and maintain product quality.

• Execute production activities according to the production schedule to achieve targeted output set by management.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting for equipment-related issues to minimize operational downtime.
• Coordinate with support staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain optimal machine efficiency.
• Implement and support effective preventive maintenance practices.
• Monitor and maintain product quality using established standards and technologies.
• Manage and track the flow of goods and materials through a digital quantity monitoring system.
• Effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Carry out other related and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
