Job summary

JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Operator to support our manufacturing facility in Jurong West. You will help ensure products are manufactured to high quality and security standards and operate machines per the production schedule.

The role requires being physically active, moving between stations, and collaborating with team members to minimise downtime while maintaining safety and quality controls. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Comfortable in a physically active role and moving between production stations.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment with PPE.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A reliable, collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Support the production line to ensure products meet quality and security standards.
• Operate machines and execute production per schedule to meet output targets.
• Perform initial troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Interact with staff to ensure smooth machine operation.
• Establish preventive maintenance practices.
• Monitor quality using available technologies.
• Manage workflow and responsibilities across stations; handle ad hoc duties.

Job Description:

• Supporting the production line to ensure all products are manufactured in accordance with high standards of quality and security
• Operate machines and execute production as per production schedule and meet targeted output
• Perform initial level of troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimise downtime
• Interact with staff support to ensure smooth and optimum level of machine operational efficiency
• Establish effective preventive maintenance
• To control the quality of outputs using advanced technologies
• To control the flow of various goods and materials through digital quantity monitoring system
• Manage multiple priorities
• Other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any Engineering discipline
• No experience are welcomed. Training will be provided
• Comfortable in a physically active role, moving between production stations throughout the day
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment with some paper dust and machine noise (full PPE provided)
• Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• A reliable, collaborative team player

Compensation:

• Working location: Jurong West
• Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm
