Job summary

Perennial HR PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced recruiter at Principal Consultant or Associate Director level to build their own market in Banking & Financial Services across APAC. You’ll manage clients and candidates, run assignments from brief through to placement, and enjoy freedom over when and where you work, including home or office and travel.

You’ll have dedicated research support, no micromanagement, and ownership of your desk and earnings potential as you grow a niche in APAC.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment or executive search track record across Banking and Financial Services.
• Ability to manage clients independently without micromanagement.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Familiar with APAC markets and flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Develop your own market and own end-to-end searches from brief to placement.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates and win new business.
• Coordinate with dedicated research support to focus on relationship development.

We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join us at Principal Consultant or Associate Director level and build their own specialist market. This is an opportunity for someone who knows how to recruit and doesn't need to be managed through call targets, office attendance or endless KPIs. We care about results. How, when and where you achieve them is largely up to you. Your desk. Your market. You'll have the freedom to develop your own specialism within Banking & Financial Services. You'll manage relationships with clients and candidates, develop new business and run assignments from brief through to placement. You'll also have dedicated research support, allowing you to spend more of your time developing relationships, winning business and managing searches rather than doing everything yourself. What we're looking for

We're particularly interested in recruiters with experience across Banking, Financial Services, Asset Management, Insurance, Private Equity & VC's, REIT and Alternative Investments and Commodities or functional specialist like technology in Banking & Financial Services

You'll probably be someone who:

• Has a strong recruitment or Executive Search track record
• Can manage clients independently
