Qualifications

• Advanced degree related to human resources and at least 10 years of relevant development consulting experience.
• Experience with web-based applications of learning technologies and assessment tools.
• Experience in competency management and framework creation and mapping.
• Leadership of complex client engagements across multiple portfolios, levels, or countries.
• Strategic client advisory and end-to-end engagement ownership with measurable business impact.

Position: Associate Director - Consulting & Solutions

Role Description

Designing,delivering, and orchestrating state-of-the-art leadership development is at the heart of this Consultantposition. Not only does this role afford ample opportunity to hone client management skills, but it also provides a highly collaborative environment for quickly expanding one’s consulting expertise across leadership levelsand capabilities. The position emphasizes integration of assessmentand development methodologies to solve an extremely wide array of market and customer challenges.

Responsibilities

SolutionDesign & Technical Leadership:

• Leverage strong business acumen and analysis skills to incorporate client business context into solutiondesign and/or implementation
• Create assessment and development solutions for end client delivery Client Management

Delivery:

• Manage client project teams to ensure timeline execution, service profitability and resource optimization
• Lead client and internal project team resources to overcome constraints via innovative partnering and problem solving
• Establishing project team role expectations while managing other's project performance

Business Development:

• Provide subject matter expertise in client proposals and presentations
• Partner with account owners to understand and execute the account expansion strategy
• Advanced degree related to the field of human resources (e.g., I/O psychology, organization development, human resources) and at least 10 years of relevant Development consulting or LCD experience
• Experience with web-based applications of learning technologies and/or assessment tools
• Experience in applying any one or a combination of learning and development, organizational development and assessment technology solutions in a business environment
• Experience in competency management and framework creation and mapping
• Leading Complex Client Engagements: Leads large-scale, high-complexity projects involving multiple product portfolios, leadership levels, or countries.
• Strategic Client Advisory: Partners with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and design tailored solutions aligned with organisational priorities.
• End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Owns project delivery from scoping and solution design through implementation and outcomes, ensuring client satisfaction and measurable business impact.
