  • Existing network of corporate partners and grantmakers is advantageous.

The Community Networks and Partnerships (CNP) team galvanises community energies through partnerships and networks, fostering a culture of care and inclusivity across Singapore’s ecosystem. Its work focuses on strengthening ground-up movements, advancing inclusive opportunities for persons with disabilities, and enabling a future-ready workforce, including the vulnerable groups.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with good networks across the public, private, people, and philanthropic (4P) sectors, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, experience in programme delivery, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. The role will lead the planning, implementation and monitoring of community programmes, partnering across sectors to drive sustainable impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to Head, Community Networks and Partnerships (CNP), the incumbent’s responsibilities include the following:

a. Strategise and curate programmes to address emerging needs and gaps aligned with organisational goals, including community engagement to strengthen a community of care and initiatives for a resilient, future-ready workforce.

b. Manage a fund for ground-up, community-led initiatives - ensuring sound allocation, governance and impact tracking - while nurturing leaders and engaging partners and co-funders.

c. Develop and steward a portfolio of partnerships, building trust and alignment to enable collaboration, co-funding and delivery of impactful outcomes

  • Lead and deliver a fellowship programme by working closely with fellows and mentors, including fostering a peer community, guiding toward outcomes, and driving progress, impact tracking and stakeholder reporting.
  • Provide oversight of other programmes against outcomes, engaging partners to address issues and strengthen delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree with at least 10 years’ relevant experience in programme management, partnerships, community development or social impact, with strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate insights into decisions.
  • Strong communicator, able to distil complex information into clear narratives, engage senior stakeholders, and build constructive cross-sector relationships in a dynamic environment.
  • An existing network of corporate partners and grantmakers will be an advantage.
