Job description

    As a Business Performance professional, you will be responsible for achieving the Month on Month targets outlined in the Performance scorecard. Your role will involve ensuring timely MIS with accurate data, along with overseeing the hiring of BDEs in alignment with the budgeted headcount. Additionally, you will lead the team in cross-selling multiple products to clients.In the realm of Customer Experience, Conduct, and Sales Governance, your duties will include delivering on FCRMP, ABC, AML & CDD standards. You will drive the team towards reducing TAT by minimizing errors and enhancing process efficiencies. It will be crucial to uphold proper conduct, prevent mis-selling, manage sales complaints and errors, and monitor sourcing for all products as per policy guidelines. Moreover, you will contribute to the Bank's CSR initiatives and embed principles of Sales Governance throughout the Sales Value chain.In terms of Human Capital and People Management, you will focus on developing a strong 2nd line, controlling voluntary attrition levels, and ensuring 100% NBO Participation for FLIP. Your success will be measured by maintaining attrition levels within the required limits and receiving positive feedback from the team on internal surveys and open house sessions.The ideal candidate for this role should possess good interpersonal skills, customer and service orientation, banking knowledge, management information skills, and a sales-focused, target-oriented mindset. Additionally, competitive awareness, excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills, quick grasp of new concepts, enthusiasm for meeting new customers, and the ability to coordinate customer events are essential.
