Job summary

Qualifications

• UK qualified or qualified in another common law jurisdiction
• 3+ years' PQE with experience in a top tier private practice at an international law firm
• excellent contract drafting skills
• excellent analytical skills with strong commercial awareness
• ambitious, proactive and taking ownership for the work matters assigned to you
• fluent in English; other languages may be helpful

Responsibilities

• Drafting and commenting on legal documents
• Drafting advice to clients and transaction management
