Job summary

Mishcon de Reya LLP (Singapore Branch) is seeking a qualified lawyer to work on cross border financing and corporate transactions including banking, structured finance and M&A. Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

Based in Singapore, you will work on cross border financing and corporate transactions such as general banking and finance transactions, structured finance and corporate debt restructurings, M&A etc. You will be responsible for drafting and commenting on legal documents, drafting advice to clients and transaction management. This is a client facing role, and you will be given significant responsibility, with appropriate supervision and training. This role has strong career progression potential for the right candidate.

Key Requirements

• You should be UK qualified or qualified in another common law jurisdiction.
• You should be at least 3 years' PQE with experience in a top tier private practice at an international law firm.
• You should have excellent contract drafting skills.
• You should have excellent analytical skills with strong commercial awareness.
• You should be ambitious, proactive and taking ownership for the work matters assigned to you.
• You should be fluent in the English language, and other languages may be helpful.
