Your Role

As an Associate Consultant in our Business Technology practice, you will support clients in shaping and executing business, IT, and digital transformation strategies. You will work on projects that span business strategy, IT strategy, target operating model design, scaled Agile transformation, digital operating models, and IT cost optimization. Your role will involve helping clients align their business and IT capabilities to drive operational efficiency, digital innovation, and business resilience.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, contribute to strategic analysis, and help design future‑ready operating models and governance structures. This role is ideal for early‑career professionals who are passionate about solving complex business problems through a blend of strategic thinking, digital innovation, and technology insight.

What You Will Do
  • Support development of business, IT strategies aligned to client goals and market dynamics
  • Contribute to the design of target operating models, including organizational structure, governance, and capability frameworks
  • Analyze IT and business cost structures, identify optimization opportunities, and support business cases for change
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to inform strategic recommendations
  • Prepare client deliverables including presentations, reports, and models with clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business, IT, and digital transformation
Your Profile
  • Internship experience in management consulting, IT strategy or digital transformation roles
  • Exposure to business and digital transformation, operating model design, agile transformation, or cost optimization projects
  • Strong analytic and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and apply frameworks such as agile and business model canvas
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a bonus
  • Open to travel as required for client engagements (~20%), while primarily based in Singapore or Hong Kong
