Responsibilities

• Process onboarding requests with clients and banks and complete due diligence.
• Support RMs in delivering high-quality service to HNWI clients.
• Coordinate with Clients, Business Support and service providers for timely processing.
• Manage desk administration and RM meeting scheduling.
• Prepare client portfolio reports daily and maintain accounts.
• Serve as client interface for instructions, monitoring, and documentation.
• Initiate account openings/closures and update instruction checklists.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in daily operations.
• Track outstanding documents and fee payments.
• Maintain trade and settlement records and reconciliation tasks.
• Assist audit preparation as needed.
• Maintain accurate client static data.
• Support process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding requests by liaising with clients and Private Banks to complete due diligence checks and documentation accurately and promptly
• Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in delivering high-quality service to high net-worth clients to enhance client retention
• Collaborate with Clients, Business Support, and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and fulfilment of client requirements
• Manage all desk administration tasks and coordinate RM meetings efficiently
• Analyze client requirements and assist RMs in maintaining account relationships and preparing portfolio reports daily
• Serve as the primary client interface for initiating client instructions, monitoring accounts, managing cash, and preparing necessary forms and documentation
• Initiate account openings, closures, and update instruction checklists while ensuring completeness of client documentation
• Follow up promptly on client calls and queries to maintain high service standards
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in daily operations
• Track and follow up on outstanding documentation and fee payments to maintain account accuracy
• Maintain trade and settlement records, monitor funding, and perform reconciliation tasks
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to audit requirements as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client static data
• Support administrative and process enhancement projects as assigned to improve operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant academic and professional experience in Banking & Finance, Priority/Private Banking
• Proficiency in MS Office applications to support daily operational tasks
