We are seeking an accomplished Associate to become the driving force behind major design and delivery initiatives. A role based on project management, leadership, client partnership, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

You will act as the primary client advisor, ensuring design and technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and delivery on time and budget. The role requires mentoring junior staff to deliver statutory demands and building workflows. The ideal candidate is a proven expert with deep technical expertise and a forward-thinking approach to project delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Qualifications: Degree or Master’s in Architecture (recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore, BOA).
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of professional architectural experience, with a proven track record in leadership and project delivery.
• Local Expertise: Mandatory hands-on experience delivering projects within the Singapore market (familiarity with URA, BCA, and local authority submissions is essential).
• Sector Background: Demonstrated experience working on large-scale Hospitality, Commercial, or Mixed-Use developments.
