Job summary

International Architecture & Design Practice is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer to advance design development and deliver buildable documentation for hospitality and mixed-use schemes in Asia. You will contribute to complex projects within a globally recognized studio and collaborate across teams and external consultants.

We are partnering with an esteemed international architecture and design studio renowned for delivering high-profile Hospitality and Mixed-Useprojects across Asia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering complex design to buildable reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive design phases through to comprehensive construction documentation.
• Prepare, coordinate, and implement detailed drawing sets and design packages.
• Manage workflow efficiently within a practical, highly collaborative studio environment.
• Communicate design intent effectively with internal teams, consultants, and clients.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5+ years of professional working experience within the design industry.
• Sector Exposure: Demonstrated hands-on experience in mid-large scale interior projects is highly sought after
• Technical Proficiency: Exposure to Revit would be advantageous
• Residency: Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) preferred.
