Job summary

Evolution Singapore is seeking an AI Solutions Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives in Singapore. This client-facing role bridges customers with our China-based engineering team, guiding requirements gathering, solution design, POC, and delivery from start to finish.

You will collaborate with enterprise and government clients, support demos and technical delivery, and own the end-to-end solution experience while staying abreast of the latest AI tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting or similar client-facing technical roles.
• Strong enterprise or government client-facing experience.
• Ability to design solutions and deliver hands-on technical work.
• Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Interest in AI and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience delivering enterprise projects involving Voice AI, chatbots, or Agentic AI.

We are looking for a client-facing AI Solutions Manager to support enterprise AI projects in Singapore. This is not a traditional pre-sales role. You will work closely with enterprise customers and partners from initial requirements gathering and solution design through POC, implementation, and ongoing delivery, while acting as the bridge between customers and the China-based engineering team.

• Understand enterprise customer requirements and design suitable technical solutions.
• Support demos, POCs, solution architecture, implementation, and technical delivery.
• Act as the bridge between Singapore-based customers and the China-based engineering team.
• Stay involved throughout delivery, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer support.
• Continuously learn and apply new AI tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, or a similar client-facing technical role.
• Strong enterprise or government client-facing experience.
• Comfortable handling both solution design and hands-on technical delivery.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Genuine interest in AI and a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience combining Solutions Architecture, Technical Delivery, and client-facing FDE-style responsibilities.
• Must have hands-on experience delivering enterprise projects involving Voice AI, chatbots, or Agentic AI.
