Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore seeks an Equipment Engineer (Etch) to drive process improvements and wafer yield optimization across existing and new fabs. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, optimize maintenance, and support manufacturing productivity with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Internship or co-op experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in projects or teams.
• Project management and problem-solving skills; ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Interest in AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
