Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking an Engineer, Facilities Engineering to deliver operations and engineering services for factory and office spaces. You will manage maintenance of facilities assets and supervise contractors to ensure uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with mechanical/electrical/facilities focus.
• 5 years of facilities-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain facilities mechanical components and systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair and replace HVAC, electrical equipment and related systems.
• Hire and oversee outside contractors (electricians, plumbers, etc.).
• Develop and implement capital improvement projects for buildings and facilities.
• Ensure safety, EH&S compliance and report on facility conditions.
