Job summary

COM CAREERS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Wellness Supervisor to support and manage the Wellness department, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.

You will lead daily tasks, assist in training, help develop wellness programs, monitor costs and inventory, and ensure hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of healthcare services, therapies, or wellness trends.
• 2–3 years of spa/wellness industry experience, with supervisory or assistant roles preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Pleasant appearance, professional demeanor, good health, and positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the Department Head in managing Wellness department activities.
• Supervise and coordinate daily staff tasks to ensure service quality and customer experience.
• Assist in developing training plans and guide and improve staff's professional skills.
• Contribute to developing service packages, wellness programs, and promotions.
• Monitor costs, inventory, equipment, and tools in the area.
• Assist customers with special requests or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze business performance, and propose improvements.
• Ensure hygiene, safety standards, and hotel regulations.

• Support the Department Head in managing and operating the activities of the Wellness department
• Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of staff, ensuring service quality and customer experience.
• Collaborate in developing training plans, guiding, and improving staff's professional skills.
• Support the development, enhancement, and implementation of service packages, wellness programs, and promotions.
• Monitor and control costs, inventory, equipment, and tools in the area.
• Directly assist customers with special requests or complaints, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
• Support the Department Head in preparing operational reports, analyzing business performance, and proposing improvements.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards, and hotelregulations.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Possess in-depth knowledge of healthcare services, therapies, or wellness trends.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the spa/wellness industry, with preference given to candidates who have held supervisory orassistantroles
• Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle situations and resolve customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Pleasant appearance, professional manner, good health, and a positiveworkattitude.
