Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a Technical Implementation Advisor to own end-to-end client working capital management solution implementations. The role interfaces with clients to establish products and services and coordinates internal/external activities for timely onboarding.

The candidate should have strong organizational skills and experience delivering implementations with attention to detail, client delight, and cross-functional collaboration across Asia region.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years’ experience in managing eChannels service implementations.
• Experience with eChannels, file integration, data mapping and payments data across Asia.
• Familiar with ERP systems like JDE, SAP.
• Demonstrate attention to details, team player, take end-to-end ownership, drive for results to support/grow the business.
• Requires excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills to effectively manage the client implementation.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and business partners.
• Comfortable with direct client and business partners interaction, with proven client interaction abilities.
• Ability to understand the end-to-end system flows and requirements to present ideas clearly in group settings.
• Experience in project or implementation management with the ability to deliver implementation on time.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, ideation and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility and ownership of the overall implementation through a comprehensive consultative approach.
• Navigate the bank and partners to ensure implementation tasks and client onboarding are completed on time.
• Participate in client management and Sales/RFP opportunities on complex working capital management solutions.
• Escalation management, during/post office hours, across multiple locations to facilitate resolution.
