Maybank Securities, a leading ASEAN-focused brokerage and investment bank, seeks an experienced professional to join its Loan Syndications team in Singapore. You will manage corporate clients, perform balance sheet analysis, credit evaluation, and relationship management with internal stakeholders and market participants.

The role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English (Mandarin preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proficient verbal and written communication.
• Good understanding of financial ratios and balance sheet.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist senior colleagues in preparing termsheets, pitches, client meetings, and internal memos.
• Independently handle and execute a loan transaction in various aspects.
• Update key internal stakeholders on deal status and market developments.
• Coordinate with LS colleagues on distribution, financial, and documentation matters.
• Develop network with fellow bankers across market participants.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join the Loan Syndications team based in Singapore. The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of experience managing corporate clients, including balance sheet and financial analysis, credit evaluation, and relationship management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, internal stakeholders (including Credit Risk and approval committees), and market participants.

The role is based in Singapore and may require occasional travel for business meetings.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting senior colleagues in preparing termsheet, pitches, client meetings, internal memos, attending meetings with CB/CC/Risk/Finance/GM/CCS/GMCC
• Independently handle and execute a loan transaction in its various aspects
• Update key internal stakeholders periodically on deal status and market developments
• Co-ordinate with other LS colleagues on distribution, financial, documentation matters related to a transaction
• Develop network of fellow bankers in other market players
