Job summary

SINGAPORE AO WEI PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations-focused leader to ensure daily tasks are completed on time and to uphold excellent customer service standards.

You will manage a team, achieve KPIs, and plan schedules while maintaining a positive work environment. The role requires night shifts, split shifts, and potential overtime on weekends and public holidays. The position emphasizes compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety guidelines, with duties delegated by management

Responsibilities

• To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively
• To provide excellent customer service and management and to ensure that all your staff understands the importance of such standards
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the team
• Obtain sales target and KPIs given by the management
• Assist in planning schedule
• Promote positive work environment
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guideline
• Any other duties as may be assigned by management
• Accept to work night shift and split shift
• Acceptwork OT on weekends and public holiday
