Job summary

VF Singapore Overseas Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading store operations, driving sales, profitability, and a superior customer experience.

You will develop a high-performing team, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional VF brand experience. You will deputize for the Store Manager, stepping in during absences and helping to maintain brand standards, inventory control, and service excellence across all store

Qualifications

Minimum GCE O levels/SHATEC/NITEC or equivalent certification.
4-5 years of retail experience.
1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant management position.
Proven experience leading retail teams and driving sales performance.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to work flexible retail schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales, profitability, and productivity targets.
Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
Lead the team in achieving individual and store sales goals.
Champion a customer-first culture and brand service standards.
Oversee store operations, cash handling, POS, and loss prevention practices.
Manage inventory and visual merchandising to brand standards.
Lead Manager-on-Duty responsibilities when assigned.
