Job summary

Rainbow Centre invites applications for Assistant Senior Life Coach, a role designed for life coaches moving into supervision. You will deliver structured programmes and support adults with disabilities within Adult Empowerment Services, guiding development in life skills and community participation.

Work with Senior Life Coach and a multidisciplinary team to translate plans into daily activities, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records, while engaging families and ensuring safeguarding

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Certificate in Autism or related training is advantageous.
• At least 4 years’ experience working with persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement structured, client-centred activities aligned with goals.
• Facilitate individual and group programmes to develop life skills and participation.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance participation and engagement.
• Support development and review of individualised care plans and track progress.
