Job summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Singapore seeks an experienced Retail Operations Supervisor to lead store teams and drive excellence across counters. You will oversee daily operations, staff coverage, and adherence to standards while partnering with marketing and training teams to elevate the brand experience.

You bring 5–8 years in retail/operations at supervisory level, strong leadership, and a proven ability to build effective teams; self-motivated, dynamic, and eager to learn within a luxury

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and cumulative retail sales targets across all assigned store accounts, meeting KPIs and sell-through goals.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, optimal staff coverage at all counters, and adherence to operating standards and central guidelines.
• Plan and execute promotional events and retail animations with pre-event prep, marketing execution, and post-event reporting.
• Elevate the luxury brand image through professional visual merchandising, staff grooming, and POS maintenance.
• Supervise and motivate store managers and beauty consultants, setting performance objectives and providing feedback.
• Guide new team members through check-ins, counseling sessions, and annual performance reviews.
• Partner with retail, training, and marketing teams to observe operations, propose solutions, and provide operational insights.

• Achieve monthly and cumulative retail sales targets across all assigned store accounts, meeting all key performance indicators (KPIs) and sell-through goals.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, optimal staff coverage at all counters, and strict adherence to operating standards and central guidelines.
• Plan and successfully execute promotional events and retail animations, including pre-event preparations, effective execution of marketing strategies, and comprehensive post-event reporting.
• Elevate the luxury brand image through professional visual merchandising, staff grooming, and Point of Sale (POS) maintenance.
• Supervise and motivate store managers and beauty consultants, setting clear performance objectives and providing ongoing feedback.
• Guide new team members through structured check-ins, conduct counseling sessions when necessary, and perform annual performance reviews.
• Partner with retail, training, and marketing teams to observe operations, propose solutions that enhance customer experience, and provide regular operational insights.
