Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Retail Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing of consumer goods.
• Strong retail background with experience managing multiple showrooms.
• Proven ability to manage sales consultants/promoters.
• Independent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English is an asset.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Sales experience in the mattress/furniture industry is an advantage.
• Hands-on approach in a demanding environment.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms/systems (front-end and back-end).
