Job summary

Tung Lok Millennium Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience at our Singapore venue. You will oversee service quality, staff supervision, and ongoing improvements to dining standards across all shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service prowess, and the ability to manage inventory and budgets in a high-volume environment. Weekend availability and a proactive, organized mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge & leadership of restaurant operations, service standards, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
• PC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated.
