Job summary

artizan concepts international pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations in Singapore. You will lead the front-of-house team to ensure prompt, friendly service and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

You will oversee staff performance, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and help implement new initiatives to grow sales while promoting a positive, productive work environment for the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a management role in a busy restaurant.
