Job summary

Continental Spice Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will lead, coach and motivate the team, schedule staff, monitor service quality and safety, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams to optimize performance.

You will also support promotions, monitor costs and sales, and ensure the restaurant meets company standards, including weekend availability if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including service, staffing and overall floor management.
• Manage, supervise and motivate the restaurant team to ensure high standards of performance and customer service.
• Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels based on business needs.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and other applicable regulations.
• Monitor daily sales, costs and operational performance and support management in achieving business targets.
• Support promotional activities and initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and restaurant revenue.
• Ensure the restaurant is properly maintained and that the overall environment meets company standards.
• Perform any other duties reasonably required to support the successful operation of the restaurant.
• Able to work on Sunday & Public holiday if needed
