METT Singapore, a Heritage Icon in Fort Canning Park, invites applications for the Assistant Reservations Manager role. You will support the Reservations teams in managing room inventory, optimise revenue, and ensure accurate processing of all reservations.

You will supervise the reservations team, contribute to forecasting and revenue strategies, and collaborate with Sales, Front Office and Revenue to drive commercial success for the hotel.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in English, including a strong understanding of grammar, composition, and vocabulary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a welcoming demeanour.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Support the daily operations of the Reservations department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Review and manage all reservations, amendments and cancellations on a daily basis.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate guest profiles and reservation data.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes and pricing strategies.
• Ensure high standards of service in all guest interactions and communications.
