Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, business, economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in private banking, wealth management, family office or financial advisory.
• Experience with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Strong understanding of wealth-management products and client servicing.
• Familiarity with KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior client advisor in managing relationships with UHNW clients.
• Coordinate account opening, onboarding, KYC reviews and documentation.
• Prepare client meeting materials and portfolio reviews.
• Act as the key contact for day-to-day client servicing.
• Liaise with internal specialists for seamless transaction execution.
• Monitor portfolios and assist with investment implementation.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement across the Philippines and Indonesia.
