Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Singapore seeks an UHNW Client Advisor for the SEA Market to support and manage all aspects of client relationships. You will operate in a banker and investor capacity, liaising with teams on account inquiries and investment matters while delivering strategic client communications.

You will collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality service and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies; travel may be required to meet client needs across the SEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in wealth management is required.
• Experience acquiring SEA market clients, especially in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and/or Thailand.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, risk and regulatory frameworks.
• Comfort reporting to senior management and collaborating with cross-border teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage all aspects of client relationships across the SEA Team.
• Operate as banker and investor, coordinating with internal teams on account inquiries.
• Deliver strategic messages to portfolios and prepare presentations and proposals.
• Maintain Know Your Client information, client suitability profiles and meetings.
• Collaborate to provide high quality client service and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track clients, AUM and revenues using internal systems; monitor performance.
• Coordinate with teams to meet due diligence and risk management requirements.
