Job summary

STELLA CHEMIFA SINGAPORE PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a quality professional to support the Quality Manager and drive the QMS within our facility. You will generate CoA/eCoA, perform SPC, and coordinate audits with internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Science or Engineering required.
• 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, internal auditing, SPC, FMEA, 8D, RCA, CAPA and OCAP is advantageous.
• Meticulous, positive, responsible and a good team player.
• Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills; able to follow instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Manager and Section Head in managing the QMS and related processes.
• Generate, prepare, send and upload CoA/eCoA daily to dealers and customers.
• Perform SPC work on incoming, in-process, and final products and related analyses.
• Log in, update, review and close cases in the database (CIPs, audits, targets, MOC, etc.).
• Plan and execute internal audits against ISO 9001 and other criteria.
• Conduct internal trainings on SPC, FMEA, MOC, QMS awareness, etc.
• Plan and execute supplier/vendor quality audits and evaluations.
• Prepare supplier qualification and performance evaluation data.
• Prepare quality review data and participate in the quality management review meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• 1) Assist & support the Quality Manager and the Quality Section Head to manage the company’s quality management system and its related processes.
• 2) Generate, prepare, send and upload CoA / eCoA (Certificate of Analysis / Electronic Certificate of Analysis) on a daily basis to dealers and customers.
• 3) Perform SPC (Statistical Process Control) work related to incoming materials, in-process materials, out-going final products, work environment monitoring, analysis metrologies, customer SPC, customer-specific requirements etc.
• 4) Work with internal process owners to login, update, review and close cases that were logged in into the company’s database system. These cases include, but not limit to: CIPs (Continual Improvement Projects),internal audit findings, external audit findings, quality targets, MOC(Management Of Change) cases etc.
• 5)Plan and execute internal audits for compliance check against the relevant audit criteria and standards such as the ISO 9001 standard.
• 6)Conduct internal trainings for staff on quality-related topics such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis), MOC (Management of Change), QMS (Quality Management System) awareness etc.
• 7) Plan and execute supplier/vendor quality management system audit.
• 8)Conduct new supplier/vendor qualification exercise and approved supplier/vendor performance evaluation exercise.
• 9)Prepare quality management review data for top management’s review, as well as organize and conduct the quality management review meeting after the data preparation.
• 10) Perform other roles and work duties as assigned by the Quality Manager and/or Quality Section Head.

Requirements:

• 1)A diploma or degree in Science or Engineering.
• 2) 1~3 years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred; fresh graduate with willingness to learn and interest to explore Quality work are welcomed as well.
• 3) Possess awareness or knowledge of the following: ISO 9001standard, internal auditing, SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis), 8D (8-Discipline), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), CAPA(Corrective Action and Preventive Action), OCAP (Out-of-Control Action Plan) etc.
• 4) Meticulous in nature, positive work attitude, responsible and a good team player.
• 5)Possess good communication skill, interpersonal skill, coordination skill and able to follow instructions and work independently.
