Job summary

TQC Precision Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee in-house and subcontractor complaint resolution, aiming to reduce non-conformities and improve CAPA effectiveness.

You will lead the QC and FAI teams, collaborate with process owners, and drive continuous improvement across production processes. Your role includes internal/external audits, process evaluations, and training of inspection staff to ensure product conformity and supplier quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering (Mechanical, electrical, or Electronics) or Quality Management.
• 1-3 years of quality control, field service, or quality engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house & Subcon complaint resolution, onsite & offsite.
• Lead and supervise in-process QC, production inspection activity and FAI submission team for NCR reduction.
• Liaises with inter-department process owners on internal & external quality non-conformance for CAPA effectiveness.
• Conduct process quality trend review for continual improvement of Production and process.
• Generate CA report condensed by engineering/QC team solving core team.
• Lead In-house/Vendor Process Evaluation Audits/Visits.
• Review and oversee continuous improvement plans, projects and roadmap updates.
• Submit initial product sample & documentation to customer for approval.
• Provide training to inspection team for product lot testing and quality inspection activity toward productivity goals.
• Any ad-hoc duty as assigned by the quality manager

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, electrical, or Electronics) or Quality Management
• 1-3 years of experience in quality control, field service, or quality engineering

Technical Knowledge

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of measurement equipment and inspection tools
• Familiarity with quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, CAPA) is an advantage
