Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between on-site operations and project management to ensure efficient project execution.
• Track the master construction programme and manage site progress to avoid delays.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers for optimal use of resources.
• Liaise with technical teams to resolve design and construction issues.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitor project costs.
• Review and enforce safety and quality requirements in work procedures.
• Prepare progress updates and site documentation for stakeholders.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings to review progress.
• Identify operational risks and contribute to process improvements.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline

• Prepare progress updates, reports, and site documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify operational risks and inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
