Job summary

Changi General Hospital is seeking an experienced Facilities Development Project Manager to lead and implement infrastructure projects from concept through completion. You will coordinate proposals, plan layouts, and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.

The role requires collaboration with users and stakeholders, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality designs and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or any other relevant discipline.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD drafting and project management process / documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor to develop/co-ordinate proposals for facilities development and space utilization.
• Communicate with users and stakeholders in matters relating to facilities planning, design and project implementation.
• Manage all projects assigned from conceptual stage to completion.
• Ensure cost effective design and budget accuracy.
• Contract management of projects in line with governance processes and budget compliance.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job description

You will be responsible for the effective planning and implementation of facilities development projects assigned including but not limited to conceptual design, project budgeting, project scheduling and project proposal preparation. Project implementation includes project planning, design development, procurement, management of construction contracts till completion of infrastructure facilities projects.
