Job summary

Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited seeks an experienced Project Engineer to oversee end-to-end delivery of underground utility and civil projects in Singapore. You will link site operations, management, clients and authorities to ensure safe, compliant and timely completion.

Candidate should have 2–3 years in project engineering, familiarity with LTA/PUB/SP Group processes, and hands-on ROA/TCP/HDD experience. A valid driven license is beneficial; 6-day work week and company benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from PE Board accredited institution.
• 2–3 years' experience in project engineering, civil/construction preferred.
• Familiar with LTA, PUB, SP Group and Telco processes and ROA, TCP, HDD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of underground utility and civil projects.
• Coordinate plan approvals, traffic management and site execution.
• Manage project planning, schedules, trials and cost controls.
• Liaise with authorities, clients and subcontractors to avoid delays.
• Prepare documentation, claims, and project progress reporting.
