Job summary

Science Centre Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for the NSC Building Project. You will support planning, coordination and implementation of infrastructure works, working with consultants, contractors, government agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Building/Engineering/Construction Management/Project Management and has 3–5 years of relevant experience in building development, construction or project management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in building development, construction or project management.
• Experience in public sector projects is an added advantage.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills; good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, government agencies and internal stakeholders; oversee tender and procurement processes; administer contracts.
• Monitor progress claims, variation orders and project expenditure.
• Identify risks, propose solutions and prepare management reports, presentations and updates.
• Support project completion, handover and operational readiness for the New Science Centre.
