Job summary

Science Centre Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for the NSC Building Project to coordinate planning, coordination and implementation of infrastructure works. You will work with consultants, contractors and government agencies to ensure smooth execution of project activities.

You will monitor progress, manage procurement, prepare reports, and support handover and operational readiness for the New Science Centre.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in building development, construction or project management.
• Experience with public sector projects is a plus.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure timely milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee tender and procurement processes, administer contracts.
• Monitor progress claims, variation orders and project expenditure.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and project updates.
• Support project completion, handover and operational readiness for the New Science Centre.
