Job summary

Science Centre Singapore is seeking an Assistant Director, NSC Building Project, to lead planning, coordination and management of the New Science Centre building from initiation to handover.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building and Project Management, with 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building and Project Management or equivalent qualifications.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, and managing the entire development work for the New Science Centre (NSC) building project including handover and defect rectification.
• Monitor construction process, ensure safety standards, and comply with project management manuals.
• Develop contingency plans to address delays and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
