Job summary

NEXON ENERGY PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in planning and coordinating daily project activities, monitor progress, and update work schedules.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, prepare reports and documentation, and monitor costs to support budget control. Attend site meetings, ensure safety and quality compliance, resolve site issues, and support the Project Manager in decision-making.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
