Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Singapore, ensuring delivery within time and budget and meeting client expectations.

The role involves planning, scheduling, coordinating resources, and ensuring work adheres to approved plans, drawings, and regulations. Requires a Civil Engineering degree and 8+ years PM experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven at least 8 years of working experience in project management.
• Solid technical knowledge related to structural, architectural and M&E works.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent team player with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on project planning, schedule and delivering projects within time, budget and Client’s expectations.
• Monitor progress and identify critical activities to expedite smooth progress on site to meet targets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
• Ensure project delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Ensure project executed per approved plans/drawings, contract specs and regulations.
• Develop detailed planning to monitor and track progress.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Handle construction site matters including safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager on project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client’s expectations
• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, such as Consultants and Sub-Contractors/Suppliers for the flawless execution of the project
• Ensure project to be delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Ensure project to be executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulations
• Develop detailed planning to monitor and tract progress
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Responsible for all construction site matters including and not limited safety and other compliance matters
• Any other duties that may be assigned

Requirements:
