Job summary

PIONEER CORROSION ENGINEERING PTE LTD seeks a capable coordinator for landed house projects, handling both architectural and M&E coordination from concept through to completion.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, M&E technicians and subcontractors to ensure alignment of structures, architectural design and M&E systems, review drawings and submissions, and monitor schedules, budgets, and inspections on site.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in coordinating both architectural and M&E aspects for residential projects, preferably landed houses.
• Good understanding of architectural finishes and related installation works, M&E systems, and construction processes in Singapore.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
