Job summary

OES CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a capable Project Manager in Singapore to oversee all stages of construction projects. You will coordinate site teams, engineers and subcontractors, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

You will act as the main client liaison, delivering progress updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include leading QA processes, resource allocation, safety compliance, budget monitoring, and meticulous

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of projects.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Lead and mentor project teams including site supervisors, engineers and subcontractors to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate the allocation of resources including labor, materials and equipment to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and company safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses and provide financial reports to senior management, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation including contracts, change orders and progress reports, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
• Prepare tenders and quotations.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• At least Diploma qualification

• Prior experience in the waterproofing industry will be an added advantage.
