Job summary

LEE CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Site Project Coordinator to support construction projects, coordinating between sales, technical teams and clients to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery. You will review drawings, prepare risk assessments and methods of statement, monitor site progress, manage documentation, and liaise with contractors and suppliers to resolve issues.

• Co-ordination, prepare risk assessment and method of statement.
• Responsible for coordinating interaction between the sales team and other departments to ensure that issues affecting the implementation projects are effectively resolved.
• Follow projects progress and coordinating between sales, technical department and customers.
• Handle overall planning and implementation of project management to ensure timely delivery.
• Preparation and submission of drawings or documents.
• Monitor site progress and arrangement of work activities.
• Manage email & correspondents for proper project documentation and attend whatever meetings if required
• Assist in supervision of project sites and workers.
• Liaise with contractors, supplier and customer in regards to all site matters and attend meetings if required
• Responsible for monitoring daily progress and process at the project site
• Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures/safety regulations are complied
• Co-ordinate submission of documents to clients and relevant parties
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Building / Civil Engineering with 2-3 years experience in the construction industry
• Preferably with experience in waterproofing system.
• Knowledge of risk management and safe construction.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, sequencing of works and safe methodologies.
