Job summary

EURO BUILDER AND ELECTRICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable project coordinator to track progress, review drawings and schedules, and ensure site activities run smoothly in Singapore.

You will coordinate with authorities (BCA, URA, NEA, PUB, SCDF), attend meetings with owners, Subcontractors, architects and PE, and prepare minutes of meetings to keep stakeholders informed.

The role emphasizes clear instruction, issue resolution within the team, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Track Project Progress
• Follow and check Project Drawings and Project Schedules
• Coordinate project sites activities with the relevant authority (BCA, URA, NEA, PUB, SCDF)
• Attend meetings with owners, Subcons, Architects & PE
• Prepare Minutes of Meetings
• Give clear instructions to team workers and clarify with Clients/Site Foreman the job scopes whenever necessary, all based for project development
• Responsible for communication and discussion and resolve of issues that cannot be resolved in the team
• Ensure the Project is delivered on schedule and within scope
