Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced construction manager to oversee day-to-day project operations in Singapore. You will lead planning, organize the construction effort to ensure timely completion within budget and will implement the execution of that plan.

You will define roles and deliverables for scope and schedule, monitor productivity and schedule, and liaise with authorities and subcontractors. A self-motivated, passionate approach is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement
• To ensure that the site activities are executed in accordance with specifications budget and time schedules
• Liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors
• Self-motivated, passionate will be added advantage
