SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer – Technical Projects & Site Coordination in Yishun. The role supports project coordination, technical documentation, and site activities within a logistics and engineering services context.

The candidate will assist with drawings, BOMs, and schedules, coordinate with vendors, review specs, and conduct site visits to monitor safety and progress. Diploma or degree in engineering is required, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good coordination, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering drawings, schematics and BOM preparation.
• Review technical specifications and support basic calculations.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers and progress reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Attend project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship and safety.
• Assist with equipment/material inspection and testing.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate when required.
• Report site progress to the Project Manager.
