Job summary

YINSHENG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical/Project Engineer to support on-site coordination and project planning. You will study drawings, prepare shop drawings, and monitor construction progress, ensuring quality and safety at every step.

The role requires knowledge of mechanical engineering, familiarity with AutoCAD, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided and a 5.5-day work week is expected.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrate knowledge of industrial codes, standards, and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; ability to use related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager/Senior Project Engineer with project planning and site coordination.
• Study drawings, plans, specifications, and scope of work.
• Submit material samples and shop drawings; monitor construction progress.
• Verify material requisitions and perform site quantity measurements.
• Prepare progress claims and payment certificates for main contractor and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety requirements; collaborate with project team on technical issues.
