Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site/Project Coordinator to manage assigned projects, coordinate resources, and ensure delivery on schedule. You will liaise with customers, consultants, and authorities while supervising subcontractors on site.

Degree or Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience is required. Strong reading of technical drawings, planning, and data analysis are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to read, interpret and apply technical information and drawings.
• Experience in project planning, site coordination and subcontractor supervision.
• Proficient in data gathering and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned projects, ensuring work progresses according to project requirements and schedule.
• Requisition resources required for projects, including labour, materials, equipment and other resources.
• Plan and coordinate timely delivery of materials and resources while minimising wastage.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and supervise their work to ensure project progress meets schedule.
• Liaise with customers, consultants, clerks-of-work and statutory authorities on project progress, work acceptance, plan approvals and site matters.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department on the delivery of items purchased for the project.
• Handle contract administration, including claims, disputes, variations and final accounts, and ensure proper project handover to customers upon completion.
• Conduct project planning, prepare and manage shop drawings, Material Requisitions and Quality Plans.
• Monitor and control material stock at site, conduct incoming material and equipment inspections, and perform quality checks on work done.
• Ensure site execution follows valid approved drawings and relevant Architect, Engineer, client or main contractor instructions.
• Raise non-conformance reports and execute corrective methods where required.
• Ensure safety practices are followed, arrange overtime work when necessary, and resolve work coordination or technical issues at site.
